Most pathetic dealership around. They did a recall on my truck and caused the transmission to blow up and tens of thousands of dollars in damages to PTOs on the truck. Took them 2 weeks to get me in after a mistake they caused just to look at it and ended up receiving threats from the service manager insinuating they could keep our truck hostage due to our obvious frustration with their poor quality of work. Finally got the truck back and within a week the transmission blew out on it again. Through contacts was able to talk with someone at Ford corporate and they knew right away the mistakes that Boyer made and flat out said they cut corners on the repair and that they were negligent. Apparently Boyer's reputation is that bad with Ford is that bad that they knew so quickly. Really shows the true colors of this place and the pathetic staff they have here. Would not recommend anyone to bring anything here ever. Any of my customers and colleagues considering bringing anything here will be recommended to a proper shop/dealer that will do things properly and somewhere that doesn't have a service manager trying to use threats against...

Paid 50k cash for a van only to find out later it’s got tons of minor issues that I’m beginning to think they were aware of and just ignored I noticed my sliding was no longer locking with the fob. I do OTR freight and happened to get a load going home. Stopped by as soon as i unloaded in town only to be told they don’t service my type of vehicle. He couldn’t even have one the guys sitting around take a quick look. Instead I was referred to another dealership down the road, I go there, explained my situation and that I had to go to Tennessee in 2 hours. Her response was she’s too backed up at the moment(8 am) and couldn’t help. Not even a quick look. Her solution was for me to leave van my for a “couple hours” and they could maybe get to it. Maybe I just expected better customer service. Glad they showed me who they were on the first purchase. I’ll be adding more vehicles to the fleet soon, but it won’t be from them...

WARNING Do not get repairs done at this shop. We dropped off our truck for a leak, knowing it was the gear box, we brought them the seal gasket that we purchased from their parts dept, telling them do not open it if they are not using it so that we can return it. After finally getting to our truck(a day after our appt was set) they didn’t have the gear box in stock so they were not doing anything with that part. When we went to get the truck they part we brought was open causing issues to return the part and the truck is leaking way more than it was when it was brought in. The communication is terrible and the issue is worse than when it was brought in, but they say they didn’t touch it. Do not use this shop! They will make the truck worse than when it is dropped off to them. We are seriously thinking of filing a legal suit against...
