When we lived in Chicago as young children, Aunt Rose and Uncle Dave (David Sperber Jewelers) couldn't wait to make sure their favourite nephews had a signat ring with a very mini diamond and a bracelet with our name engraved. I have a long-time friend, Steve L. that we met and worked together for many years. I needed some jewelry restoration on two rings and asked Steve for a good contact, and he recommended Jewelers Services. My first visit, Leah, helped me, and after asking my three questions, her reply was, "We can do that, We can do that, We can do that!" I brought a piece of jewelry that had broke (Bracelet). The customer service was amazing. They did a Fabulous job fixing it, it looked better then when it was new. It was fixed in just a couple days.
