A friend recommended that I go visit Diamond Rush Jewelers when I was searching for an engagement ring, and I am very happy I took his advice. Chris was great, I spoke with him on the phone and set up an appointment to come see a few stones he was going to order for me to review .

At the appointment he spent a lot of time with me going over the character of the stones through his microscope. I was really happy to have the hands on instruction, because reading on the internet has its limits, and seeing the stones up close under the scope was really a treat.

He went over price points, quality information, and narrowed down some basic options based on my preferences that we had discussed on the phone call. I left the appointment to think over what stone I wanted to get. I changed my mind about some of my preferences, and he was again very helpful and gave me some new options to pick from. Chris called me about one stone which he thought was just what I wanted, and it was. I picked it immediately and he set to work putting the ring together.

The end result was beautiful. My lady said “yes” and absolutely loves the ring. Chris’s advice, and expertise was really great. I’d gone to a lot of other diamond stores, and I always left annoyed because they tried to up-sell me or suggest something that I didn’t really want. Chris is a great guy.
