First time coat buyer with remorse that Joseph is unwilling to ensure customer satisfaction with an item after they leave the store. Knowing this was my first coat and that I wanted to take it home and try it with other pants/shirts I already have, he didn’t caution me that once the coat left the store there would be nothing I could do to exchange it later. Lesson learned. A caution to other first timers. We had a very pleasant experience in store which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1.

Update- Hi Joseph, based on your reply you must have me mixed up with another customer. I purchased a navy blue blazer for full price of $421 after tax. It would have been great of you to offer a discount which you apparently did for another customer, but when I asked about one on the jacket you said no. You met my family in store and as referenced in my review had a very pleasant experience in store. This issue I had retrospectively is that you didn’t inform me of your no return policy knowing it was my first time purchasing a jacket. Yesterday, my husband and I had a fabulous experience with Mr. Joseph Laughter @ Laughter Clothier. We had gone there to discuss buying a suit for our daughter's upcoming wedding.
