There was a leak in our garage that we believed was tied to a possible sprinkler leak as it followed the same line as the sprinkler piping. It was freezing temperatures with snow fall in our area when we started noticing the leak.
We called David Sade, per our condo management companies direction. David sent out a wonderful technician, Jon. Jon arrived on the weekend around 10pm and him and my bf cut open the ceiling to verify if it was in fact a pipe leak. It was determined that it was not a pipe leak, which then lead the brainstorming to take place of what is sitting on the second floor over that area. It was in fact a leak coming from the HVAC unit. Now we are pending the HVAC warranty providers to come and look at it.
We are very appreciative that Chesapeake Systems Services and Jon was able to come out on short notice to look at this serious issue. Most recently, CSS repaired my internet network system after a component failed through age, wear, and use. During the course of repair, some further issues arose regarding compatibility of the new high speed/high data wi-fi extenders they installed and the speaker system. The CSS technician, Alfonso, returned after the initial repair on his own initiative to attempt to resolve the issue. Subsequently, CSS and Alfonso returned with a solution that finally resolved the issue to my full satisfaction.
