Delta Bingo and Gaming, Laurel — Local services in Laurel

I always have a good time at Delta Bingo but tonight proved I need to give this place a rest. I witnessed the bullying of the elderly after the bingo game in the area of the slot machines. There were a group of women saving the machines for their friends. One in particular put $2.00 in the machine for her friend while the friend played bingo. So she occupied a machine for herself and left $2.00 in another until her friend was finished playing bingo. Another one from the group was playing two machines at a time. She left those two machines and walked across the room to another machine and played $20. She was asked about the machines abandoned and she stated she is using them and there is not a "damn" thing anyone can do about it. This is wrong and creates an unsafe environment. There were a lot of elderly people waiting to use the machines and they feared to say anything. This cannot and should not happen. Security and staff were sitting talking as opposed to monitoring the area. They need to do their jobs. Here is a photo of the "ghetto" crew who bullied everyone. I will be going to another location because I have witnessed this bullying behavior before and nothing was done about it. This is ridiculous. It is also very ghetto oriented. The people speak loudly while the numbers are being called and some sneaky activity when it comes to winning. The employees selling pull-tabs go in particular areas and sell to particular people which is why the same people win. This place is rigged. Save your money and spend it elsewhere. It is not safe and very dishonest.

Just recently 20 vehicles were broken into while playing bingo. It was announced the individuals needed to call the police themselves. Do you know where security was? Make a guess please. They need to make this place safer. People spend too much money here for this low class security.

Delta Bingo needs a cleansing and a reshuffling of the staff because too much nonsense...

I too was there Thursday night, February 06, 2025! At least 9 cars were vandalized! I heard up to 20. I saw the owners reply and it was unacceptable! This place is unsafe! She said they have security and cameras, that did not stop the vandalism! No one from Delta Bingo lifted a finger to help! They even refused to call the Police! That picture posted is my car! I had to drive home a hour away with glass in my car, no window and it was 32 degrees outside! At least security could have helped make my car safe to drive! Help me clean out the glass, help tape my window! Delta Bingo just washed their hands of the whole mess! They always announce that you can get refunds incase of emergency! I would say this was an Emergency! Our missed Bingos papers and Computer Games should have been compensated! That was the very least they could do! The biggest question is how are they going to protect our cars in the future? Obviously their Security doesn’t work! This place is very unsafe if even 9 cars were vandalized and broken into! Who wants to patronize a place that is so unsafe! Just reading the Owner’s response to the first post shows how unconcerned she is about her customers! She acts like it’s just something that happens!!! We spend a lot of money in this Bingo Parlor and her response sucks! If it happened once, and these people got away with their crimes, you can be sure it will happen again! By the Owner’s response to the first review, you can be assured she is not doing anything to prevent this from happening again! ...

I like playing bingo at Delta but the crowd & staff needs more control & training; workers seem thirsty for tips from winnings & report who tips which is not fair for who are trying get what they already put up first &or get more than one win as some do. The ball machine needs up dating so the caller can hear the people yell bingo, & not yell for them.. I have a problem with the same people winning all the time or who they want to shine the spotlight to win. Been coming a very long time and observing this..This week an old worker came to play and just so happen she wins the last game as I been coming over seven years & that spotlight has not shined?&! What's up with that?The workers business about them leaving& needing be on the floor.Things are very obvious & noticeable here. I only win when playing the pull tab machine and that is winning some of what I put into it. I have been on social medi b4 about this. So stop being as I hear them say "ratchet delta". I don't like how you all recognize people winnings highly and not notice them losing( let them). And this is not even the JACKPOTS. Please use or put some confidentiality in your workers and let others win, It will be greatly appreciated by more than me..
