The was an extraordinary experience and I'm forever grateful. I had an earring that needed to be repaired. I imagine time is preferred for such a job, but this was an extenuating circumstance. I needed the earrings fixed right away. They were my mothers FAVORITE and I accidently broke the post trying to straighten it. I called this place on a Thursday to ask about their ring repair service. My gold ring had fallen of the night before and gotten run over and basically ruined. The woman on the phone said they've seen that before and told me to come in so they could take a look. The ring was very intricate and looked pretty much hopeless, and they took a look and weren't sure they could fix it. To my surprise, in less than 15 minutes, the repairman was able to shape it back so it was not only wearable, but very close to the original look!!
