My daughter loves coming here. She has classes 3 days a week and we come and do open gym on Saturday’s. I’ve watched as she progressed since moving here. The girls at the front desk are amazing and super friendly. I love how Coach Thor is always make the kids laugh with his jokes and impressing them with his jumps and flips. My daughter said she want to be as good as him. They also arrange for food truck to come which is super helpful when always on the go. We love the coaches and staff here.

However, parking is a mess. The only access point to the gym is always crowded with cars, and vehicles can only go one flow of direction at a time instead of the two way traffic that it was made for because the parking lot wasn’t laid far enough out to allow for proper parallel parking so there is a lot of bottlenecking when trying to enter or leave the parking lot. In addition, people are continuously illegally parking in the handicap stalls preventing those with mobility issues who have the placards or plate emblems to allow them to park in the handicapped spots due to a medically diagnosed physical mobility limitation and staff won’t do much about the enforcement in their own parking lot, even though they have signs that they will be fined. They could at least contract with a towing company that wouldn’t cost them a thing to do, to have the towing company tow the cars for illegally parking. The parking lot is an even bigger mess when it rains or snows because everyone and their mother in law are all parking in the handicap spots. There was on lady who used the excuse, “my daughter is autistic and runs off all the time so I’m allowed to park in handicap” when asked if her daughter had any physical limitations she said no. I educated her and even provided the front desk staff with the legal medical requirements for being permitted to park in handicap stalls. Lady wasn’t happy that she got caught and called out and staff still didn’t do it say anything to her to about not parking in handicap. Same thing happened with a lazy 6’+ guy. I was so fed up with not being able to park and watching others who are legally allowed to park who also weren’t able to park because of all these lazy people that I called the called police. When he was asked to move and told the police would be called, he went to his car, turned it on and blasted a song that constantly said, “F**k the police!” over and over and still had it blasting when when they police pulled up.

We've been going to Emilia’s Acrobat for gymnastics for several years now, and it’s always been a great experience. We started with private lessons and have since introduced many friends and families to the gym. But this year, we finally booked a VIP birthday party, and it exceeded all expectations.

We reserved our slot two months in advance, and it was absolutely worth it. The VIP package gives you the entire gym to yourself, and the staff takes care of everything. From the moment we walked in, there was a personalized welcome sign, and the staff kept the kids fully engaged the entire time. As parents, we were able to sit back, relax, and enjoy—something I’ve never been able to do at a birthday party before!

The party was well-planned, well-structured, and completely stress-free. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, professional, and truly cared about making the experience fun and seamless. Special thanks to Genevieve, Taylor, and several others who went above and beyond. Emilia’s consistently offers some of the best customer service I've ever encountered—they're organized, patient with kids and parents, and always upbeat.

The goodie bags were a hit, the glow party section, the drinks were loved by the kids, and the facility was clean, safe, and fun. The guests were wowed. One of my guests, a parent of three kids, said this was the most organized party they've ever attended—and that says a lot! Another parent immediately booked the VIP birthday for her daughter.

Their pricing is very fair and affordable for what you get, especially for the VIP option. You can even extend the party to three hours, which we did—and it was absolutely worth it. My daughter was thrilled to celebrate her 9th birthday there, and the joy on her face made everything perfect.

Zoe’s 5th BDAY Prelude Party was a success and we couldn’t have done it without EAGC!

As the ultimate party planning Mom who loves DYI but wanted all the benefits of the VIP package, there were certain things that needed to happen to make this the perfect party for our princess. Right away, Maya, Office Manager, jumped into action to make sure the event packages were explained, costs details provided, dates worked, and our needs were met. Questions were promptly answered and advice was give when requested. She was present and leading on the day of the party. Overall, Maya was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating.

On the day of the party, it was a breath of fresh air to have Maya and the coaches there. When we arrived, the coaches jumped right in to add our decorations, food, and special touches exactly where we needed them to be. Aryam hung what needed to be hung and prepped the tables. Stacey helped add EAGC goodie bags to our bigger goodie bags and helped served the food. Stacey brought the energy and vibe to rally our bday girl and all her family and friends into action. Each coach was personable and so accommodating. They fit right into the party as if they were just family friends helping us get things done. So much so that by the end I had personally chatted with each of them 1-on-1. EAGC customer service was amazing!

Ultimately, the VIP package was worth the price! The number of children with leading coaches, pizza, activities, entire gym, and the glow party - totally worth it! If you’re not, like me, and want it all done for you, you will have nothing to worry about with this package. EAGC will get it done and give you the party experience you want.
