I placed an order online for 1 large pizza and a 12pc medium buffalo wings. Upon arrival I called the store to inform them I was outside for pickup per the sign posted out front. The gentleman (Josh) came to bring my order out side and appeared to have an uncovered cut on his forehead which was red and again uncovered. I am a visual eater as I believe many people are and seeing that did not set a positive tone for me. Once the order was received I checked it before pulling off and noticed that the medium buffalo wings I ordered had no sauce on them and that the blue cheese dressings I ordered were placed inside the box with my pizza. I called the store from my car to try to rectify the situation of my wings not being sauced, but were placed on hold. I eventually went inside the store to let them know. When entering I noticed that there were only 2 workers, which I understand the cut downs due to COVID-19. However, the same gentleman who brought out my order appears to be the same person removing the pizzas from the oven, cutting and boxing them. My issue is that Josh did not have on any gloves while I watched him package a pizza as I waited. Not only is it an issue that he didn't have on gloves because of sanitary concerns, but additionally because of the current pandemic we all are going through. When I entered the store he informed me that he would be with mein a minute, while touching his mask to adjust it and then proceeded to cut the pizza he was packaging again with no gloves on. Which furthermore presents a problem for me because if he is packaging food with no gloves, especially in front of customers that is not sanitary. It also concerns me because he placed our bue cheese dressings in the box with our pizza, so whatever may have been on his hands is now in the box with our food. When advising him that there was n sauce on my wings he handed me two cups of buffalo sauce to which I asked is the sauce not put on the wings? He gets the attention of his colleague who is preparing the food and told him I needed sauce added to my wings; that gentleman responds with a heightened tone saying that he put the sauce in the cups, but Josh informed him that he needed to put the sauce in the wings and the gentleman did so. However the box was handed back all dented and crumbled. This was an extremely unpleasant experience. I do not plan to give this location any more of my business. I am also interested to know if staff is required to wear gloves especially during the pandemic and if not I strongly recommend that they should be mandated to. I plan to post this review on all platforms where comments are aloud because I really need to hear back from someone to further discuss this. It is frustrating that after having this experience that I had to carve out additional time to type a summary of this experience, I would have much preferred to have been able to speak with someone on the customer service line to express my grievances. Myy ticket number was #0014 The location I ordered from was in MD...
Read moreThis pizza hut is the most rudest, non coherent, disrespectful to the extreme place I have ever witnessed in my entire life of ordering from a restaurant. I experienced the worst service ever on 9/20/2017. I called in and placed ordered at 7:46 p.m. I told the worker that called my last name out to me that I was ordering the same thing I ordered on 9/19/2017. That it was going to the same location as The previous night. Which had no problem of getting delivered. So it's after 10:00 p.m. and still no food. When I called back I was transferred to a manager on duty who yelled out to employee "didn't you say you went and it was nobody by that name" but manager also stated they didn't have a room number (so tell me what room did they really go to) then she hung up the phone. When I called back and asked for manager I was redirected to another manager who claimed to not know the other managers name. She yelled and when I asked for corporate number she said we would have to place me on hold. After hanging up on me again I called numerous of times and the phone was not answered. So at about 10:40 I spoke with the 1st manager again and she wanted to apologize. Still after assuring me that my order would go back out it's still 11:37 as I am typing I have still have no food. When I called someone answers and jokingly says "we are closed" and hangs up with a laugh. Someone from corporate or general manager to seek into this type of behavior I honestly just want my money back. Horrible and worst...
Read moreI ordered a sandwich from this Pizza Hut less than a month ago and they sent the wrong sandwich. I called and the manager said they would send the correct sandwich. I basically waited all night and did not receive the sandwich. This was frustrating because I was entertaining guest and the sandwich was for my fiancé.
In an attempt to see if I wanted to order from this establishment again, I called today December 20th to see if they would honor sending out the sandwich they were suppose to send. Since I never received the original sandwich, I would assume that the person delivering the food would mention that the food was not delivered. Apparently it was not reported therefore, I wasted time calling the manager trying to engage in a conversation on why I did not call the next day to report the sandwich I never received. Because of this experience, I ended up ordering from Philly's best. Pizza hut will never receive my business because of the dishonest business that was provided to me. The sandwich was for my fiancé who had to settle for a sandwich that she did not want. The manager I spoke with told me that since I waited so long to call, she can't do anything about it. That's fine because now I've made the decision that I will no longer order from Pizza Hut due to this experience. Thank you...
