Overall the jewelry is super cute and they have great things, but I was in town for one day from New York and I bought a necklace and they put it in a jewelry bag, where by the time I got back to my place, the necklace was completely tangled and knotted. I can’t even open the clasp on it to wear it. I called them and mentioned what happened and they said I can bring it in to get it detangled, but I live so far and they said they always package them in those bags and don’t use gift boxes! I’m not sure why they use a bag that the jewelry would be tangled in, but I definitely won’t be buying anything from here again. I threw away $12! The owner of this Shop (Jewelry Side) has been continually RUDE, quite a few times Today was the LAST STRAW I asked a question regarding a cool new line of beach “photo” jewelry, and the owner , behind the counter, finishing up w/ a customer, misunderstood my question, shook her head and rolled her eyes. So much for COMMON DECENCY, especially during Covid when I’m sure her store was closed and she lost funds! Sooooo rude, and unfortunately, it’s not the first time they’ve been rude. I understand this is a small local business, but their customer interactions have really gone down hill over the years. I've been shopping here for years but can't do it anymore. When I go there the associates are rude, stuff is overpriced and falls apart, and children are running around screaming.
