My wife and I stopped at this store on our way to our Northeast PA home from the Detroit, MI area. Our original intent was to gather information regarding cost and make/model information to replace our two aging cell phones. We were assisted by Jose Rodriguez, who provided us with the best cell phone shopping experience we've had since our first bag phone purchases back in the day! Jose listened carefully to our desires for capabilities and costs and discussed multiple options with us. He was patient with our many questions and made sure we understood answers he provided and that we were happy with our selections. Jose made sure our new phones were set up and that all contacts, applications and settings were properly transferred, He went over operation of our phones and made sure we were comfortable with them. Read moreNever have i had any issues with this place until getting my bill today and calling costermer service like was told to do so by jose for some fees to be waved then told by custermer service the store had to wave the fees...ugh it was back and forth several times! Due to wording in the promotion was said incorrectly by him. Perhaps more training would help. Or it was a way to get the sale idk but I'm very disappointed and very dissatisfied! Called what i thought was the corp. Office in state college but turned out it was another store in state college lol But wow what a difference in the experience she had. I will no longer be going to this location due to the wording of a employer about services or any promotions again! Read moreI recently switched from straight talk to Verizon but before I made that decision I was very unsure of what phone and plan I wanted. I was greeted at the door by Zach and he immediately began answering all of my insane questions. I have never had my own wireless plan before so I was extremely nervous to be doing this on my own. He helped me choose my plan by interpreting how much data I had used since 2017. He also helped me choose a phone after explaining the specs and details of 2 of the newest phones on the market (I think...) which I decided to go with the iPhone XR.
