Meadows Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Lawrence Township

Since we've been traveling on the east coast, we've discovered frozen custard and it will likely be the death of us. But it's a delicious way to go, and Meadows was an excellent choice. On our visit we each had the lemon arctic swirl (one with Oreos, one with whoppers) and it was pretty amazing. All of the custard is made on the premises, so there aren't a ton of flavors, but with all of the mix-ins you're sure to find a combo you like. The girls working, especially Amanda, were super patient with me not knowing much about what or how to order. My only complaint is that since it is so rich and heavy, even the small was too much for me, so I'd love to see a kid's size option. But I suspect I'm in the minority there. We always enjoy stopping at the Meadows! Great ice cream place that's family (and pup) friendly. Prices are good, servings are good, and staff are always patient and friendly. We generally come with a big group after kid sports games, and they're great with us. Clean bathrooms, nice rocking chairs outside, and rotating flavors of the day. Great custard. Had to wait just a bit because they were making another fresh batch of chocolate covered strawberry - one of the flavors of the day.
