Heav’nly Donuts — Restaurant in Lawrence

Don't order for delivery ever! We called and ordered a bakers dozen and got 12 donuts and they gave us the cheapest donuts they had and we ordered muffins and didn't get what we picked and they were the smallest I've ever seen. We ordered Danish and it was also smaller than anything we've ever ordered. If you order see if you can send them to Methuen if you live in Methuen. I keep trying with ordering cause I don't have a car and they send the drivers to Lawrence and Lawrence isn't a good place to get food from anywhere that we ordered and the food isn't hot by the time it gets to you. It's not what you asked for either. I don't even want to give a 2 cause it's horrible!! Don't do it! It'll cost either the same for a taxi or less and you'll get everything you want. It's not the drivers, it's the place you order from online and they need to have ppl get their food where they live instead of across the next city. Service was terrible and donuts were below Duncan donuts. While we were finishing saying our order the lady asked the person behind us what they wanted. Like they didn’t even pay us any attention. Where do I start. I waited on a Chicken Ceasar Wrap. Waited for about 30 minutes. Place was practically empty. Two women working. One was chit chatting with a another customer for about 10 plus minutes. Than friends of the two women came in chatting away completely foragout my order.
