Frustrating and a waste of both our time (money as well.). Appointment was at 9:00 AM for Thyroid nodule. I arrived early at 8:30 for any paperwork and Covid safety procedures. Told to wait in car. At 9:35 AM called into office. Nurse takes height, weight, blood pressure. Sat in office until 10 AM. Dr. Liu is very friendly, but 10 minutes in, she leaves to take a phone call. Returns 5 minutes later. Says she wants all the tests that were run in November (it took months to get Endo appointment) to be run again in August/Sept with follow up in October. I’ve been trying to have my prescription for my pods for my insulin refilled since August! I’ve been in contact with them and been told every week they were being sent for the last month. I requested 24 hour insulin and syringes bc they took so long and sent the wrong script that I was going to run out without a back up method of taking insulin. IM A TYPE ONE DIABETIC. They still failed to even do that! Now I’m out of pods and have no method of treating my diabetes because of the practitioner Candice and the incompetent personnel. Arrived for my appointment and called the number provided to let them know I had arrived. Had to wait for a call from my doctor’s staff. Call came about 15 minutes later. Went inside the office, was met by Marie, a physician’s assistant who took me into my doctor’s suite and we started taking my vitals.
