
Truly love the studio and the space it creates. I want to see the studio continue to thrive and succeed! Some thoughts to help elevate the experience for students: Diversify teachers, seek instructors that represent the diverse community attending classes. -Provide a transparent curriculum for students to understand their goals to advance to the next level. -Embrace origins of pole and celebrate your individual sensuality! Pole goes beyond fitness; expression comes in all styles of movement. -Encourage teachers to continue their training so they confidently and safely demo new moves for students, inspiring them to continue their training. -Run monthly observations for teachers to ensure the quality and structure of class is consistent across the board. -Rotate teachers through different classes they qualify for. Providing different instructors for the same class type exposes students to alternative instructing styles, perspectives and adds variety to our strength and conditioning.

Here, I found a one of a kind family who loves and supports me unconditionally. No matter how consistent or inconsistent I am there is a team here that ALWAYS welcomes me back with open arms.
I have been even more shocked and surprised when I learn how to do something I never thought my body could; learning to let go of fear and trust myself. This form of workout tackles all issues for me; physical, mental, and spiritual.
I have taken most all classes and love that there is always an opportunity for growth as a dancer, as a creative, and as someone who just wants to build strength in their body. One of my favorite times every year is the showcase where I am able to share a piece of myself through dance.

Kelly was AMAZING with providing modifications for me to try. The stretching/warm up was challenging, but doable; the fact that I was able to do most of the stretches serves as a testament to how inclusive the class is. Kelly did not push me to go past my limits, no toxic positivity. She was funny and engaging, there’s definitely a “girl power” aura in class. I got a good workout and was even able to do some spins!
