ATTENTION MEDICALLY RECKLESS DISPO!!!! This was my review before today's fiasco at The Purple Dragon. "I love this place! Vibe everywhere! Rachel was out budtender and she was friendly, understanding and focused on the medicinal properties of the cannabis as opposed to the recreational aspect. The flower I've tried so far is bomb-didilly-ous!" Today was a different story altogether. I was met by the budtender, I'm sorry, sales person Pepper. She was beyond rude-she huffed and ka-chawed everything I said to her. After we went to the flower-side I asked if a strain on the shelf was an indica, sativa or hybrid. Pepper picked up the jar, shook the contents around and said "smells like a hybrid" when I asked her to check she told me they, as Sales People, they are trained to know everything about the flower by smell. BY SMELL!!!!! ONLY BY SMELL, NOT SCIENCE. Now, I am a medical patient and I need a bit more than a quick smelly-smell to make sure I am not going to have medical side effects to the strain I am using. For example, I have 2 seizure disorders so a good sativa will land me, at least, on the ground seizing, possibly causing myself bodily harm. There is paperwork that is printed out by real scientists in real mmj testing facilities that comes with every batch of cannabis that comes through there, but these SALES PEOPLE know that information by smell. This is medically reckless and potentially hazardous. It's STORES like this that taints the medical aspect of cannabis. They have no love for the curing properties or what the PATIENT'S MEDICAL NEEDS ARE. So yeah they're cheap, there weed is good, but these growers sell to almost all dispos in town. This one doesn't care about you, just those dollars you are gonna drop in...

Purple dragon is by far the best dispo in Lawton. One stop shop, I can get everything I need here! Super friendly employees and owners! Amazing Budtenders. They are all very knowledgeable. Christian is the guy to ask if you're looking for some good rosin. They have the biggest and BEST selection in town with rosin. No doubt. The boss knows his flower for sure. No matter what shelf you buy from, the flower is always good! No other dispo can compare to purple dragon when it comes to having the best flower! I have yet to be dissatisfied with product or service and ive been going there for 4 years now. No need in going to any other dispo. If you haven't stopped by, you're missing out for sure! YOU NEED TO HIRE MORE BUDTENDERS i love this place. I spent over $300 here last month. But I'm giving you 1 star because you don't have adequate staffing. No one should ever have to wait 30 minutes or more for service. If the problem is customers not knowing that what they want before going back, have a staff member go out and ask them so their time spent in the back is minimized. Simple marketing and management...
