Don’t walk, RUN here for all of your hair needs! Literally the best service I have ever received and Amber most definitely knows what she is doing with curly and coily hair! Back story: my hair got FRIED off by a lady in Orange City who was a “curly hair specialist”, I now know that was the biggest prank ever pulled on me. I called Glow as I saw Amber listed as a stylist and saw her profile on Insta and was impressed. I left a near teary message as my emotions were high, no curl left in my very curly hair, had to cut 3 inches off already due to the damage of the last stylist, and Amber called me right back that day to help me out. From the get go Amber showed so much care for my hair and struck me as someone who absolutely loves their job and what they do. I came in for my appointment and we had to take a lot more of my hair off which saddened me even more, but Amber brought my curl back!!! And she brought my self esteem back! April gave me the worst haircut of my entire life. That was 8 months ago and I still haven't wear hats. It will take over a year to recover. I was clear. I told her specifically told her how long to leave my hair and definitely not to cut it too short. She did. Then she seemed to get bored or overwhelmed and just decided to be done. I practically had a mullet and had to got back and ask her to blend in the front layers with the back. I truly do not believe someone would be so bad at hair to cut it like this. (Other professionals I've been to since have called it a massacre). Either she cut it badly out of spite for a new customer she decided she doesn't like or she planned on me becoming a hair extension client for her by cutting off my long locks into a nest of uneven ridiculous layers. April and Nikki have both done my hair and are very experienced and talented. They make sure you are happy every time! For me, getting services done with these girls is a relaxing and fun experience that I look forward to so much! I had my first eyelash lift and tint (by April) a few weeks ago and I have been showing them off to everyone since!
