I was with my friend when we visited this store, and I have to agree that the experience was really disappointing. The cashier, whose nametag said ZPEREZ, was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
I watched in shock as she practically tossed my friend's item across the counter instead of handing it over normally. Then, when it came time to sign the receipt, she threw the pen at my friend like she couldn't be bothered to pass it properly.
What made it even worse was that before we left, we clearly saw ZPEREZ and another employee whispering and laughing while looking right at us. It felt so disrespectful and made us both really uncomfortable.

Read moreThe staff in there is absolutely unprofessional and racist. I don’t know her name but the lady that was in the cashier came out counter and started creeping up on us because I believe we wasn’t white. It’s disgusting when a white woman or men think they are above everyone else of color. Ya’ll need to educate your staffs about different cultures and religions and how to respect everyone else. I’ll definitely report this...

Last week, I was getting a straw hat (last one fell into snake pit), and couldn’t believe my eyes. ZPEREZ gave me a knowing look and simply said “Never let the party die”. I only give four stars because she did kinda throw the pen at me to...
