My husband and I came to Leadville for the month of April to work remotely and spend time in the mountains. We brought our 12 month old Brittany Spaniel. We knew that we would be taking him with us most places, but wanted a place for him to spend the day when we went skiing or various adventures on the weekends. We found Mountain Dogs via Google and began corresponding with Veronica before we made the trip out from Tennessee. Mountain Dogs requires a temperament exam which we appreciated and also loved that they offered 1/2 of daycare so Finn could get some energy out while we worked. We immediately felt like Finn was in good hands and trusted Veronica, Steph and the staff. However, I did have someone drop them off. They didn’t speak English, but my cousin was able to interpret. Super...

When I picked Koda up, the staff was very specific about how he had behaved (of course he was a good boy!), and he was totally calm and serene, even. I think he had a great time! The key was that the staff was willing to pay attention to the individual dogs and assure the right circumstances for...
