Buyer Beware.
Loved the selection and style plus fair price. But that is where the good ends. Ordered and end table because they only had one in stock. The sales manager told us it would be delivered in one week to the store. After 1 1/2 weeks called to check and sorry not in yet. It will be in the store in 1 1/2 weeks. Asked manager if he could check the North Austin store to see if they have the end table in stock. Manager called me back said he called and they do not have it in stock but promises it will be in in 1 1/2 weeks. Called AGAIN after the time frame promised AGAIN and this time he promised it would arrive in 2 weeks. He could never tell me how he is coming up with the time frames. I waited another week and called back just to check in. This time a different sales guy said he thinks it is on backorder. I decided to take a drive to their North Austin location just to see if they had my end table in stock. Sure enough they HAD it. So, either the manager never checked that store like he said or he lied. I would stay FAR AWAY from this shady business. Buy only what they have on hand in their store. DO NOT place an order. Read their North Austin reviews also. It is not just this location that has poor ordering skills. Seems it is this company in general. I will not be purchasing anything else from this poorly ran business. It is a shame because they had nice furniture and fair prices. Do yourself a favor and go to another...
   Read moreMy wife and I bought some very expensive furniture here, it was nice getting it customized to exactly how we wanted to pieces (number of seats, color, material). We also purchased the highest warranty that covers pet damage. In early July of 2024 we returned home to find our dogs had scratched several cushion covers. So I called the store and asked how to go about the warranty. She told me that when the furniture was delivered, a box that had cleaning stuff and warranty information in it was delivered with it. I told her we had been given no such thing, she responded with "If you truly didn't get it, you can come to the store and I will give you one". I make the 40 minute drive and pick one up, the lady tells me, that they forget to give the box out when delivered sometimes. It's now almost the end of February 2025, I am STILL WAITING for replacement covers for the cushions, we are going on 8 months, and I was just informed (after being told they didn't know when and had no tracking info) that it will be another 3-4 weeks. Mind you the entire couch was delivered in something like a month. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience, do yourself a favor and don't waste your money there. For those wondering, it's now April of 2025, the warranty office just informed me that I've only been waiting since September, spoiler alert, communication records confirm my claim was filed July of 2024. I've also been told it's "nobody's fault" and that I cannot file...
   Read moreLet me start off by saying I had been shopping for a couch and love seat set ALL DAY LONG and found NOTHING. I am very particular and hate settling for things that I do not love. I know what I love the second I see it and had not seen anything all day. I live an hour away and this was going to be my final attempt on the way home. I thought I would just run in and I was already prepared not to find anything due to how my day had gone. I was pleasantly surprised to say this was not the case. I walked in very and walked the store very quickly. Tricia saw me and approached me to ask how she could help. I didn't beat around the bush, I told her I'm very picky and described what I was looking for. She showed me two to three sets and as soon as I saw the second one I was sold. She even gave me a $100 off the set. We scheduled for delivery for less than a week later. The delivery men Cody and Brandon were VERY polite.
