Very nice and well kept amenities. Large clubhouse with clean restrooms. Lots of kitchen counter space. Plenty of outdoor playground areas. There's a swimming pool but I didn't visit it since I was indoors for the community market. Overall impressed with the Amenity Center. Residents seem to enjoy it. A value to...

Gym to be honest is poor. Probably one of the worst ones around the area compared to other neighborhoods nearby .Equipment stays missing and most of it is outdated. They did a better job on the orchard ridge side of the neighborhood...
