I very rarely post good reviews- unless I have service that just deserves calling out publicly. A couple of weeks ago, my daughter needed some photos printed for her best friend’s birthday gift that she was making. It was a Sunday evening around 8pm. She ordered the prints, and we drove to the Walgreens she thought where they were printed. We were told by the worker there that “they were sent to a different store so we should drive to that one 25 minutes away”. Also, this employee was late for their lunch break. They said the store would be closing in two hours, so it would be highly inconvenient for them to try to print 20 photos for us. This WAS NOT the Crystal Falls location. We left that other location (on Whitestone), drove to Crystal Falls, and were greeted by Liam, and two other employees, who bent over backwards to not only help us, but had the order quickly transferred, printed the photos quickly, made jokes, lightened the mood, and made the entire experience worth driving around in the rain on a Sunday evening. Liam gave AMAZING customer service. He was friendly, accommodating, helpful, and went above and beyond in his job. He was very young, but I could see that he will go very far in whatever career he chooses one day. Great job, Liam. My kids noticed your kindness, I definitely noticed your customer service, and I hope your manager recognizes how much pride you take in your job. You are an asset to any organization who...
Read moreI am literally shocked at this pharmacy. I have been using solely Walgreens for my prescriptions for over 10 years. This location and experience was so bad I will never use Walgreens again and will not shop there either. I called to have a script that was sent to HEB moved to them and the first lady literally told me they were too busy and to call another Walgreens. I asked for a Manager calmly because I was shocked to be told that. The manager got on and said she couldn't pull up my profile and I told her I'm not sure why I've always filled my meds at Walgreens. A few seconds later she says oh you haven't filled since August so you don't use us consistently like you said. At that point I was super shocked... I had never said the word consistantly I just said I've always used Walgreens when I have prescriptions. I was like this is so odd why are you all treating me like this I am so so confused and she said ok I'm terminating the conversation now and hung up. I never cursed, I was not beligerent, I said nothing rude at all I was just saying I was shocked at how I was being treated and so confused over why.
I can see why this location has 2 stars and consistently going down. I hope Upper management reads these and gets a handle on whatever is happening because it appears you are losing long...
Read moreI’ve had the great displeasure of using the Walgreens pharmacy for the last few years and EVERY single time I need a refill, there’s an issue. I’ve spoken to staff countless times over the phone because of whatever the latest error is, and I’ve had to remind every single one of them that I should only have a certain number of prescriptions on file, and they ALL tell me they’ll remove the ones I no longer use. Recently I decided to change pharmacies (even though it’s significantly farther away) due to their wild level of incompetence. In fact, both medications they transferred are ones that SHOULD’VE been removed several months ago. I had to coordinate with multiple pharmacists and doctors just to correct that simple task. I take anticonvulsants and there’s literally zero urgency, as it seems they simply cannot be bothered.
Ironically, as I’m typing this out, I just got a text from Walgreens stating that my refill couldn’t be approved—BECAUSE I SWITCHED PHARMACIES. They don’t even understand how properly transfer medications, which is highly problematic due to the nature of certain disabilities people may have that may require lifesaving medication. Do. Not. Trust. Them....
