Ordered pickup from this place and received a call 15 minutes later, the guy said he just got the order and it'll take him another 20 minutes to make it. Got there 10 minutes later and the guy took another 20 minutes to make the order. The yogurt rice was dry, had hard undercooked rice and green peppers, the order was missing one of the curries and rice ordered with it, the mirchi bhajji was very oily, they gave no chutney with Idli or Vada and the curry they did give, was made very spicy even though I put in instructions to make it mild. This was the most horrible Indian food I've ever had.

Update: Got a call from the owner who just asked me to confirm if what I wrote actually happened, which I confirmed and then he just said ok and went silent, after which I waited for 30 seconds and hung up. The guy who made the food also had the decency to say sorry for the missing Butter Chicken Curry, but the owner just decided to get personal in response to my review. Add to that the fake reviews that show a different restaurant and you have a scam place...

Tried Dosa Factory recently and I was blown away! The dosa was perfectly crisp and light, easily the best dosa I’ve had in the U.S. so far. I also tried their chutneys, uttapam and punugulu on the side, and they were super fresh and flavorful, exactly how authentic South Indian food should taste.

The menu has a ton of variety, from masala dosa, rava dosa, and ghee roast dosa to classics like idli, vada, pakoda, and bisibelebath rice. It’s great to finally see a food truck offering this kind of authentic Indian comfort food.
