What happened? Dad & I used to order regularly. Today our food was bland and dry. You reheated the battered chicken and the fried ragoon was like rubber. You cook our meal. With the sauces. It was battered chicken, with raw carrots bell pepper and onion and a bowl of sweet and sour we had to mix ourselves. We wanted Chinese not a meal prep. My honey walnut shrimp was 8 battered shrimp, a handful of candied walnuts and again a cup of honey sauce I had to mix together. The fried rice was just brown rice, not fried. Not a single vegetable and no flavor at all. My low mein was dark dry and didn't even taste like low mein. I'm so sad and shocked and disappointed. You didn't even offer me napkins or chop sticks. You were our neighborhood Chinese restaurant and it seems like you're changing your quality and service standards. Bad day? New cook? What happened? $60 and we threw it away. It wasn't even mall food worthy. 🥺 I didn't snap a picture because I don't want to embarrass...

I always try to give a second chance, just in case there was a new cook or they were busy. So I went back on Monday. Our order was a mess. The fried rice was replaced with steamed rice, instead of General Tso with Chicken, we received General Tso with Tofu. I tried Sesame chicken again, it was so dry and hard that I took a closer look, it wasn’t Chicken thigh or breast. I’m pretty sure it was Chicken Gizzard. It was very dark, stringy and tough. Both meals went in the garbage. We then ordered the same meals at another Chinese restaurant close to us. The food was great. I have taken pictures of both orders of Chinese Sweet and Sour chicken. The dark-dried-out hard chicken is from Four Seasons. The second picture is from a nearby restaurant. Why would anyone let that dish...
Read moreFirst time trying the food. We ordered General plate delicious crispy yet soft chicken. Perfect amount of space and veggies. The rice was delicious, simple fried rice but flavorful. Dumplings steamed were my favorite and the dipping sauce was flavorful. Egg roll veggie, my husband said they were damn good and he doesn't normally like veggie egg rolls. Hot and sour soup was a great starter the flavor was on point not over powering and the consistency was perfect. I had the hot tea I enjoyed it with the meal. Our new...
