Tonight we went in and the lady who was acting of head waitress training someone else was being very hateful to training girl their kitchen is ran by teens and young adults which is amazing every ounce of anything that went wrong tonight was the Cooks fault the head waitress was blaming them saying they couldn't read. She flat out told them to their face. She was being rude to customers as well I decided to reach out to owner who was polite I explained she called up and talked to head lady after she got off the phone head lady became very loud in the back pointing at me and our table talking loudly to the staff about me complaining she brought our ticket over and slammed it down on the table and began yelling " I took a whole off since you had a horrible time" meaning a whole sandwich. Then went back to talk about us more continuing to be loud and tons of people looking at us at this point. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. I've ate here since I was a little girl and always been a...
Read moreHonestly, with the mixed recent reviews, I didnât know what to expect. I drive through Lebanon for work very often, but have never stopped at cornerstone until today. The lady that took my order was incredibly sweet and helpful. I ordered my food to go while standing there and after waiting less than five minutes, the lady asked the kitchen to rush my order since I was waiting. I didnât expect that at all and I thanked her for being so accommodating. I expected it to take at least 10-15 minutes as they were busy! The atmosphere is definitely a mom and pop shop type of restaurant. While the service was excellent, The sandwich was the star of the show for me! I ordered a half turkey sandwich and a bag of chips for less than $10. The turkey sandwich was massive to the point where I probably couldâve eaten half of that half and been content but good luck trying to stop eating the sandwichâŠ.. the bread was insane and will definitely be a spot my family and I hit up when weâre on road trips...
Read moreYou will not find friendlier staff in Lebanon than you do at Cornerstone. Every time and for years, no matter who they are, they are very friendly. It's that noticable when you're there that I started with it rather than the food...which is excellent. The homemade bread is the star of the show even after a management change (?). I love the cheeseburger sub on wheat. My daughter likes the meatball sub on white and my wife likes the BBQ chicken on wheat. We prefer the subs over the pizza but it's very good as well. Be warned though! The half sandwich is big, don't be fooled thinking that's it's a 6inch half sub. The full is two sandwiches at about 8inches. Go for the full so that when you get hungry later that night you can experience it all over again but I'm pretty sure that as friendly as they are, the staff doesn't make house calls...but why not ask?! If you're not from Lebanon it might be hard to find even though it's on the main drag. It's next to the O...
