This is not just the worst KFC location, but the worst restaurant in this town. They are always slow and a lot of the time they have no chicken ready. Tonight I ordered on the app. Since they're always so slow, we gave them an extra 15 minutes before we arrived. There were multiple vehicles in the drive thru ahead of us. They all left after they got to the speaker. When it was finally our turn we told them we had an online order, we were told it would be another 45 minutes before it would be ready. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to call customer service. There was no apology and the tone of the woman was very rude and unprofessional. KFC corporate really needs to do something to improve this location. Also, if they're going to have an app that allows you to order ahead, it needs to be more accurate. It said the estimated ready time was 5 minutes. It does state that could be longer during busy times, but 45 minutes is excessive. So now, I'm waiting 1-3 business days to get my money back. The prices are pretty outrageous too. They're obviously really, really proud of their food. I know this isn't a location thing, that's a corporate decision. But if they're going to charge what they charge, you should at least get...
Read moreMy husband and i have been to this KFC several times before, and the service has continually gotten worse. Last night was the very worse. Doubt that we will go back. I get it, "short staffed" , but as i said the service has continued to get worse. Last night, we decided to get chicken. We get in the drive through and wait aprx 10 minutes before we even get to the window. We are patient. We get to the speaker to order and we are told we will have to wait because they have door dash orders to fill...really? We wait aprx 15 minutes...and can see the traffic is backed out to the road. The lady comes on and says she can take our order. We give it to her. She then informs us she doesnt have any light meat, only dark and only certain ones at that. When we comment about it and the wait, she rudely tells us it will be 23 minutes before more chicken is ready if we want to wait. Nope, didnt wait! No apology for the wait, for not having the basics, nothing. Its been continual...out of food items like chicken, sides, forgetting to put all our items in the bags...how does a business not keep their product ready....why isnt the owner or manager apologizing....wish you luck, you may need it to keep open if your poor...
Read moreI am so very frustrated with my experience with the Lebanon, MO KFC on July 20th @ 2:55 pm. I have been a KFC fan for nearly 50 years. I know exactly what I want & I order the same thing every. Single. Time. Because KFC’s are going out of business left & right in our area, there are very few left. We come thru Lebanon every 3 months & I sooo look forward to our visit, which makes our visit today that much more disappointing! I paid $38 dollars for an 8 piece meal, a drink & a cake. I ORDERED original recipe, all dark meat. I RECEIVED an extra crispy, mixed bucket. Imagine my frustration…we don’t eat white meat chicken!!! Because we spent so much $$ (we are on a fixed income, so KFC is truly a treat for us!), we tried the chicken breast & part of it was too tough for my husband to chew!! UGH!!). To add insult to injury, they also threw in wings as part of the 8 piece!! I do NOT pay that dang much money for WINGS!! There’s no meat on those bones! Honestly, this was one of our worst experiences ever…I sincerely doubt we will be...
