Last night a nice gentleman held the door for me on his way out. I came in, showed the busy budtender my ID and continued to browse. Once I decided he wrang me up, he told me the price and I asked wasn't this such and such price? I guess they recently added a $1 fee to every purchase which I'm sure can be irritating to some. The part that I didn't appreciate was the way it was presented to me. He pointed and told me there is a sign on the door and that it has been there for like a month, his tone didn't help. I'm sure they get tired of telling people but that is part of your job and no one deserves to be talked to like they are stupid, especially for asking a question. Maybe make the sign a little bigger, in red, or post it at the registers, maybe on your letter board outside. Even adding (+$1) to price tags or something would alleviate some of the questions and confusion. Being rude to people when they obviously haven't been in in that amount of time or didn't get a chance to read the sign on the door isn't going to make them want to pay the $1 or return...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI did a online order I purchased three cartridges and online it stated that the THC level was 49.5% and the CBD 52% I went there during all this stay at home stuff going on so I did a curbside pickup when I got my cartridges I opened one of them up in the car and looked at them and it said it was only 29% THC so I of course was upset because I didn't get what I ordered offline as described I called the store I was treated very rudely I was put on a long hold I couldn't get a word in edgewise cuz the lady was too busy yelling at me so she gave me some kind of thing about dutchie making the mistake even though she was looking at it on her computer and acknowledged it said it was 49.5% THC but they weren't willing to do anything for me other than offer 10% off my next purchase I feel ripped off I feel like I was misled and I feel like mr. Nice guy was being absolutely dishonest about the whole thing I will definitely be calling corporate and I will never visit the store again ever nor would I recommend it to...

Went to get some treats here a week ago in a hurry and had the exact amount of cash needed to purchase what I wanted. When ringing me up the budtender charged me an extra dollar. When I asked about this charge they told me the owners are enforcing an up charge on each transaction. This is infuriating because this store has already had many price increases to their products. Now you want to add more increases to force me to pay for the community that I already pay for in many ways? Iāve since switched back to my second favorite dispensary, where I will stay until this extra fee disappears.
This is a slap to the face of your customers in an effort to get what seems to be more tax breaks. Run from this place, itās going downhill fast.
I would like to add, the staff here are amazing! No issues ever with the staff. But whoever owns the store seems to be out on a money...
