OREGON'S INDOOR SHOOTING RANGE — Local services in Lebanon

I (43F) had a fantastic experience here. I have been around firearms before, but had never fired one. My husband brought me here to help me learn. They have firearms for rent, eye protection for $4, and ear protection for less than $5. I felt safe and welcome here. We chose a 1-on-1 beginner's class for me ($160 at time if this review), and they were able to fit me in the same day. Jerod, my instructor, tailored my learning experience to my needs and answered my questions in a clear and easy to understand way, and there were short videos and graphics on the big screen in the classroom. It was learning made easy! He had lots of patience and a great sense of humor, too. The "class" portion was followed up with 1-on-1 time in the range (with digital analysis) and Jerod was positive and supportive, especially when I became frustrated. I cannot express enough how positive my experience at this Lebanon Shooting Range was. They have beverages (non-alcoholic) and a couch available, so you can take a break when you need to. Bathroom was small, but even as a big person, I was able to navigate it. Lane rental per hour as of this review is $25/hr (firearm, ammo, ear & eye protection extra if you don't have your own). I have virtually no experience with guns but saw a flier for their Accushoot Event (featuring a new snazzy digital technology that you shoot at with REAL guns) - so I decided to give it a whirl. I had no idea what to expect at this event; turns out I had a fantastic time!

Since I knew virtually nothing, they started me from zero, helping me to choose a gun and giving me an intro on how to load, hold aim, and shoot. This was across maybe 3 friendly staff members as they each took me through their part of the process. About half way through the event I could finally make my way through the process and was able to relax and enjoy the whole thing.

It was a lot to learn in one go, since I was starting from scratch, so I was nervous. But the environment felt very safe and they were accommodating in terms of repeating the very basics to me where needed. I don't have any comparison to other ranges but I'd definitely recommend this shooting range,...

Called these folks looking for the Utah Concealed weapons class. Saw on their website they are usually conducted the first Wednesday of every month. When I called for the August 2022 class, the guy told me it was going to be held on the 10th instead of the 3rd. I had to physically stop by to register for the class, so when I did, they weren't open, even though their hours said they were. I waited around about 45 minutes, no note on the door, and doors locked. In the meantime, another customer showed up to use the range, said he'd just talked to them a few minutes ago, told them he was on his way. He wound up leaving also. I called several times after I got home and left several messages. Noone ever called me back. Poor customer service. Is it because...
