Framing selection and previously finished products excellent. Took 3 antique flower watercolors a few months back and very pleased. Today I called needing 3 mats cut, said I'd be there around 11am, Becky said ok - but when I got there she was busy/stressed and not until that time did she say she could not do. Then she reluctantly did but assumed 2 frames same size. In the framing business seems she should have measured, did not, cut wrong, had to recut.
