Excellent visit at ocean state job lot. There was an error with my crazy deal gift card (if you're not acquainted with their crazy deals, you HAVE to learn all about them) and the card wasnt activated like it should have been.

It wasn't something they understood in the moment what happened or how it happened, however, that didnt stop them from fixing my problem.

I came to them Saturday in the day about my problem and was told they might be able to fix it on Monday when customer service opened back up.

Kathy called me that same Saturday night to tell me that everything has been taken care of and that the card was activated.

I told them it wasn't an urgent matter but they still went above and beyond to take a complicated problem and make it simple.

I 100% recommend ocean state job lot to anyone, and that day the waterford store...

I really enjoyed my shopping experience at Job Lot this evening. Everything I needed that was on sale was fully stocked! You can get it all from dishware, holiday, car, clothing, makeup, pet supplies, food, rugs, bathrooms, crafts, you name it, they have it at a decent price. The staff was very helpful in helping me find my item. The cashier was very nice too! Job Lot made my holiday shopping so much easier, It's one stop shopping! Exquisite foods from around the world. I highly recommend Job Lot. Out of all the big stores, this is the best bang for your buck! It wasn't over crowded, and enough registers open with real people running them. They sell wonderful re usable shopping bags for 79 cents! What a deal. Thank you again Job Lot, you helped me accomplish everything I needed to do...

Staff is ALWAYS so kind, friendly, helpful, and willing to go that extra mile to help you! During this troubling time, they are willing to let you call and see if what you are looking for is available so you don't have to worry about stopping down and taking any chances. They are very strict about masks(a good thing),are constantly cleaning counters, and have plastic over their debit card machines to protect and make for easy wiping. I typically only buy specific things(outdoor items) when there but what I do buy I can testify is excellent and why I continue to come back.... besides the great customer service! Bird seed is best around(my birds, chipmunks, and squirrels highly approve) and you can't beat the prices on gardening necessities...
