I'm a very unhappy guest, I have been collecting COACH since 1989. Not until Saturday this company has let me down totally. I'm planning on moving out to Alabama and my biggest goal was to find a COACH outlet store and I had someone to drive 40 miles to the closest outlet and I felt like was in a Walmart. The customer was awful! As I enter into the store nice welcoming , but then it went down hill from there, the sale lady was to over bearing, I since a purse and wanted the shoe that goes to the purse, the lady tried to tell me a shoe she brought me went with purse NOT!!!! After I got frustrated with her I just went and check out, the young lady cashier was great ( new person), but the lady that was helping her was horrible!! I need my purse wrap and place in a box, so I guess she was the only one of at least 6-8 employees that was on staff could have wrap it, this lady stood right in my face talking with another staff member about transferring items for another customer while I was standing there waiting to leave.. it took at 15 minutes to wrap a purse ( view the camera) I got so piss until I told the young girl to " put my purse in box and give it to me" I am so disappointed with Leeds COACH store, they need a whole new staff, but what sadness me is that other store was telling me how bad the service is in the store. Someone need to do a mystery shop there for real... I will be calling the corporate office by Monday concerning the store they need to...
Read moreDrove 40 minutes one way. I was Thanked for coming in by the white gentleman Straightening hand bags on the front wall. I said thank you and continued to men’s section. Not one person asked if I need any help. However I was able to find some clearance shoes. That were out in the floor. I had planned on looking for some other things. But there were 2 ladies at the front counter. Staring me down, like I was doing something wrong. So I picked up a phone case. And went to pay. The merch bag was already opened and ready for my things. After I paid. I asked what time they closed. With a condescending tone. They both said 6. I told them that I had looked it up online before driving all the way over here. And it said 7pm. Then the associate went on to tell me how every store, everywhere closes at 6. Including at the other area malls. Even though that may me true. They could treat their customers with a little more respect and kindness. The way they talked to me was just rude and uncalled for. What has happened to true customer service? Post pandemic, it seems that people just don’t care about how they treat customers that technically pay their salaries. Guess I’ll got to shopping online.
