The service was terrible & the 2 guys working in the shoes area were extremely rude. The 2 guys/workers acted as if it was a problem to get the shoes my husband and I were interested in trying on. One guy made the comment that “this is $30 more than that one,” instead of telling me about the shoe I was interested in trying on. That rubbed my husband and I the wrong way because at no point did we ask about prices. We just asked to try on the “on cloud” shoe styles that caught our eye They finally brought a pair of shoes for my husband and a pair for me but stayed in the back for the longest before checking to see if we had another request to try on another pair of shoes. The worker that did not get the shoes just stood back and stared at us. Then they went back in the back and stayed until another couple came in that didn’t look like us and they were eager to help them. I was gifted a pair of shoes through your BoGo to teachers so I stopped in at the Leeds location and received exceptional service. Landon was very knowledgeable about shoes and their inventory. The store manager was very impressive when a toddler wanted to carry her mother’s heavy bag but he knew the bag would have been too heavy (the toddler was a very behaved kiddo while mom was shopping). He quickly whipped out a little bag and handed it to the toddler and the toddler’s face light up with excitement. Also a shout out to Cody at the register.
