United States Postal Service — Local services in Lehigh Township

I have been using this post office for 7 years now & have always had issues. But as of lately it’s gotten worse. I can’t even count how many times I’ve had someone else’s mail in my cubby, ( I wonder how many times that has happened with my mail now) which is inexcusable. They don’t answer the phone apparently, I’ve called 3 times today already because of this package issue I’ve been having. I went there 2 days in a row to pick up my package that is 100% for a fact currently inside the post office. even the woman confirmed that yesterday for me when she typed the info into there computer. She said “ huh, it does say it’s here but I’m not seeing it in the spot it’s supposed to be in” & I’ll give this woman credit she did look everywhere & tried her best to locate it for me. It’s not her fault. But I was annoyed since that was the second day I showed up there walking out without my package. She told me to write down my info, tracking number, address, P.O. Box number etc, & said that since the boss lady isn’t there that she can’t help me since this other woman is the one who runs the place & knows more. She said she is going to have the “ boss” call me early tomorrow (today) & she’ll get it sorted out for me. Welp, it’s 4pm now & no call. So I called myself, no answer 4 times. I just want my...

I would leave 0 stars if I could. This is absolutely the WORST post office I have ever had.

We have boxes for our community, and they routinely don't leave the correct keys or keys for packages at all leaving our stuff locked and inaccessible until they take it back to the office (which is 40 minutes from us)

Our things are smashed in boxes they don't fit in, we have had plants marked fragile folded in half in a postal box.

They ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to answer their phone. I have spent hours trying to get through because of issues like the one above. It isn't easy or chip to make a 40 minute drive because they continuously hang up on you, or leave the phone off the hook. I get medications for myself and my pets through the mail, and these problems have caused long delays in getting those things in the past.

Since Rich retired( BOY IS HE MISSED ) Doreene seems to not answer the Phone at all. even the 800 you can not get through! Only way you get a response is Through the Internet. What about those who do not Have Internet??? I know a few Oldtimers who refuse that "Clap Trap!"
