Bought a IPhone 6s on 7/23/19 and the phone just upped and quit working 3 days later. I come to bring it back when I was told to return it when the owner Ester was there on 7/30/19! I have visited this store on multiple occasions. The experience was "OK" and I got what I wanted and left. Today, I visited the store and met Esther. WOW! She is one of the best customer service reps I have ever been associated with. In a world where "customer service" has gone to hell, she gives me hope.
