Usually order deliver and the food and service is good enough to order again, def nothing special though. Ordered the chefs special chow mein for the first time only to receive it with white rice and not stir fried noodles. I called to ask about it and the person I spoke with was very confused as to why I called. I asked if chow mein came with stir fried noodle or rice b/c I was given white rice. He didn’t respond so when I asked again if it was supposed to come with stir fried noodle he said chow mein comes with a rice noodle. So I replied, well I was given white rice. His response/vibe was “not sure what your point is you got your order didn’t you” and told me chow mein never comes with noodles only rice. We'd been ordering from this place for years with no issue, but our last order was bad--everything was cold, the fried items were either old or overdone and the entree containers were half-empty. When we called, the person we spoke to first argued with us, saying that they hadn't gotten other complaints, so our food couldn't possibly be bad, then eventually said they would give us the next order free. That didn't help us that night, but fine. I just called to claim the free order and 1) they had no record of the issue and 2) they said they would have fixed the issue that night, not offered a free future order. No amount of explaining that that was what we had wanted in the first place made any difference--the woman just kept repeating the same thing and telling me that it never happened. When I said they were about to lose a long-time customer, she said "That's fine"...

I really don’t even give them 1 star. I ordered our food for carry out and went to get it and paid 32 and some change. All good so far. Then we started eating it at home and found metal shavings in the egg fo yong. I then grabbed our plates one that no one touched and returned to the restaurant. They told me when I showed them the shavings still in the food that it is from our cleaning pad on the grill. I told her that is no excuse to have this in my food she asked do I want to replace it. I said NO there is no way I want to try that again when you just told me that it is normal. So she gave me half my money back because one was partly ate before we found the metal.
