I had purchased a la z boy recliner in 2017 it was made of particle board. Needless to say it didn’t hold up it fell apart. I tried to fix it in vain but, alas it was not working. I refused to buy another recliner made of particle board trash. Upon my shopping experience most of the furniture is made of particle board. Brands that were quality when i was growing up are no longer that way. I stumbled across this place and it’s a family run business. I expressed my concerns and they showed me a recliner made with actual wood, metal and quality built. It was 100 dollars more than the lazy boy. I ordered what i wanted and we will see. The recliner is solidly built and should last quite a long time made in indiana. Go here and look before you buy anywhere at least give them a check out! I absolutely love the place, my friend went with me and he looked and was as impressed as I and he purchased one. Update I have taken possession of the beast recliner ( that’s it’s name ) my friend did too. We both love the recliner. The recliner is comfortable and very well built. We have a couple of friends going to this furniture store to order a recliner. These are the best recliners...

I have a unique situation with an autistic stepson, who is very rough on furniture and is also incontinent. Lovely's worked with me to try to help come up with the perfect couch for durability as well as protection for the unevitable accidents due to incontinence. No other furniture store had really got involved like they did. 3 different people at Lovely's had input, Andrea really went above and beyond to help me. The only reason I’m giving a 1 star is because you can’t give 0. I asked for a discount because the prices are through the roof. The lady road 10% I said the mark up is high and one of the guys called me a jackass and to know my place. The thing I know is this is not a place I would spend money at. Not to mention it’s a dirty building with nothing swept or cleaned. Pretty distrusting...
