I got a Brand New Samsung Ultra 22 from T-Mobile Customer Service and didn't know once I received it thru the mail I didn't know how to transfer info. I was told by CS what to do, CS-Alex says its easy to transfer info, follow the directions, NOPE! I'm Old and probably my last phone(Samsung 8, 2017). My son says take it into a T-mobile store and they will do it for free(FreeisMe). I did and met my New T-Mobile store. I was helped by Stefanos and Malek("Alabama"), Stefanos spent a whole hour+ with me transferring and explaining use of phone (Quality Salesperson and a Nice guy). I got the phone transferred and bought a Harecore cover ( Construction guy approved), thats good enough reason for me to buy. Thanks Guys for your patience...

4 years ago. I walked in, it was later in the day and the store was busy. Random customers that have no clue how to set up their phones or switch phones with new numbers, all kinds of stuff. The 2 sales associates Ashley and Paulina were knocking out all these people’s purchases and problems with their phones. He made this very easy. It took about 1 hr for my data to transfer. He recommended me doing some errands and it would be done in about an hour. I did and it was all set.
