Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Lemont Township

This Starbucks location has been out of oatmilk for like three months… apparently there’s a nationwide shortage but they were the last Starbucks location on earth to get some oat milk LOL. Every Starbucks has been having major shortages, but this one definitely takes the cake. The barista‘s are super nice, friendly and always seem to be in a good mood. Very rude and unprofessional. Kristine with a K snatched credit card out of nieces hand when card was not working. Then when my daughter order her drink Kristine stopped, got very close to her face (confrontational) and asked her why would she get that it's going to be grainy. My daughter orders this same drink everyday and is never grainy. Obviously she does not know how to keep her opinions to herself. She shamed her into getting another drink. Usually, the service here is not bad. However, it is often slow and today I was not given the right drink. When I asked for the right one, the woman ignored my request for less ice and did not even mix it. I was given the chai tea latte pumps and the milk on top.
