Husband went there today to get a part. The two people behind the counter very rude. She asked for his phone number and it was not a local number and she got confused so then she said she didn’t need it. Why ask for it? Had to pay for the part before they would go back and get it. Really?? The customer that the guy was helping at the same time as my husband, he was just as rude. He drove two hours to get parts and the guy wanted him to give him the list and to pay for it all before he went back to get them also. More people came during this time and they both were getting upset because it was getting close to closing time. You open a certain time to take care of customers. You should greet them with a smile.
