I called there place an a man picked up the phone I asked him if he would do a quote on a Samsung galaxy note 8 with no screen cracks, he said he would give me 75 for it (over the phone) but he would have to see it, i couldn't make it there for three days and called back there yesterday than a lady picked up, she said she doesn't do quotes over the phone (which i understand but I was previously quoted by this unnamed man) and I said okay. Thank you and then went in the next day, my husband went up there and she quoted us 40$ 40 dollars! Norm from Wise Buys is by far the most honest, fair and all around good guy in the business. I cant say enough good things about him and his staff. He goes above and beyond. As an example....last year sometime I had purchased a dremel rotary tool with flex shaft from him. I believe I paid 10 or 15 dollars for it. But when I got it home there was an important piece missing in order to attach the flex shaft. I told Norm about it and he immediately went online found the piece I needed and ordered it for me free of charge. It showed up about a week later and he called me and told me it was in. Now my dremel works as should and I didnt have to pay for the part. Great place. Great people....

I cannot express how embarrassed and shameful I felt leading me to having to seek out a pawn ship. I was only able to set those feelings aside by knowing I wouldn't be in this position if people paid their bills. I went in with everything I had right before Memorial day. Holding back tears I briefly explained my position and they asked how much do I need. I said my number and without any haggling they agreed.
