EZPAWN (100 College Avenue, Levelland) — Local services in Levelland

This EZPawn has lost hundreds of dollars worth of my stuff. and also just last week do to a honest mistake an employee forgot to add one of my bundles onto my extend list not a big deal she noted not to take it out and was her mistake. so I can pay it when I came back in and the manager lupe that I'm about to get into decided to take my stuff out anyways and put it out for sale luckily I caught it but then she told me it's not her fault or her problem and that I would have to put it on layaway. which I can't afford $47 worth of layaway I have to pay. this manager Lupe it's one of the worst people I've ever met. And is one of the worst managers I've ever encountered she couldn't care less about the customer. She argued and isolated me in front of a store full of customers and my family. but don't try to call anybody and get anything resolved cuz the other managers are just the same. one named Caesar was just fired thank God. Tim Crowe who's supposed to be the head guy that top of the top treats you like he has better things to do and has no time to resolve your problem. like I said it's been 6 months nothing and that's not even counting the small things like constantly losing stuff from my bundles that i pay to get out. PlayStation cords, games 'controllers...

I'm seeing all bad reviews , but what I like most is that I personally know this issue is regarding who comes in the door...I'm new to levelland ,theres only 1 pawn shop here , I've lost items in storage that I feel im gonna recover in this pawn shop...I've been here multiple times patiently waiting and seen so many people ,just walk in and seems like up to no good ...my gut says the manager has a good gut feeling as well ...I've seen men walk in there and disrupt customers ,rude to them and demands to female employees, like they said in reviews the bald guy gets called ,that's the manager by the way ...he gets to front dest talks with authority and does his job, like any other manager would ....I've always been treated according to the golden rule "treat me how you want to be treated " so 5 stars from me and dont care who says what 😎😎😎 ...losers and haters will...

I live in San Antonio, and I have been a long time customer of EZ Pawn here, but when I make bimonthly trips out to West Texas I make sure I stop by the store in Levelland to pick up some things that I can’t find in San Antonio. Latasha is very helpful when I come in there. She has great customer service skills and is easy to trust because of her knowledge of the items for sale. Even if I go in with intentions of getting a loan on jewelry or other valuables, I always leave with a gem that has been overlooked and she gets me better prices than I could get in San Antonio or...
