Horrible experience AGAIN with the Bakery! I ordered a birthday cake 2 days ago that was suppose to have an image on it. I went by the bakery this morning before 8 am to make sure the cake I ordered was going to be ready with no issues. I go to pick the cake up this evening and low and behold.... NO IMAGE WAS ON THE CAKE! So it being the 3rd time messing my order up, I wanted to speak to management. But guess what? No manager in the store! So the the very nice young lady that was assisting me called the bakery manager on her cell phone. He asked what the problem was and I explained. He then got attitude with me for his screw up! He then tells me me received the image 2 days ago but was "unable to put it on the cake anyway." He proceeded to argue with me over the phone (on speaker). Again, my order had my phone number and never did I get a call. I came in and talked to an employee, and was never told! But he wants to get attitude with the customer! No sir! This "manager" needs to take some management classes and be taught how to treat people! What happened to taking care of the customers? If it wasn't for customers spending money there, there would be no paycheck! Learn how to treat your customers right! Especially if they give you chance...

We started doing some shopping a lovely lady came up to us and ask my grandmother she would like to use some of her reward points because she had way too many and she had to use them today my grandma said of course what a blessing thank you she gave us a list and we continue to go on and grab the stuff we were able to get through the reward program. As we went up to the front the reward points did not want to work so we had to call a manager. That's when we met Kayla the manager . She right away jumped into the situation to try to fix it was pretty frustrated for the both of us she kept her cool with a smile. During a frustrating moment. But I just wanted to brag a little. Thank you Levelland 509 store greatabout Kayla because she could have been rude to us but she was very respectful. So she fixes situation and we were on our way. Update. . The lady in the meat department no longer employed. . .United does employ some challenged individuals which is commendable. Having worked 8 yrs placing the challenged in various positons i try to engage with these people, encouraging by compliments when ever they help me. I would encourage those that encounter them to never speak down to them or talk very loud as if they are deaf. So many people go into this mode . Just...
