The store was a dream on Saturday, Aug 30th. Mike the furniture mover was amazing and friendly. He even pointed out a minor flaw on a piece of furniture. The manager Shanda gave us a small discount on it so we bought it! I even talked to Shanda about working there! The store associate Jharline was super careful with wrapping all of our fragile items. Also we had to make 3 trips to bring everything home. We bought some outdoor furniture that was on clearance. Roy was there and helped us as well. We will be back! Thank you for your awesome customer service! However trying to do the store survey at the bottom of the receipt was a nightmare. I tried twice, ended up calling corporate. The lady told me that they are having technical problems and for me to try again later. I said, "no please transfer me to someone that can take my feedback." I also asked, "is it not true than that you can win $500 for doing a survey? How are you supposed to win if you can never submit. Is this false advertising?" I was then transferred to someone else who took my feedback and asked her the same question. I work as a manger in a restaurant and I usually only hear negative feedback. No one takes the time to give positive feedback. Now I feel like I understand why, because it is too difficult to even fill out a survey. I hope someone with IT experience can help. Oh, wow. HomeGoods? You know, I wasn't really sure what I was expecting, but it turns out it’s a bit of an... otherworldly experience. I went in with absolutely no intention of buying anything specific, and, well, it’s like the store read my mind. Every time I think, "I don't need anything else," there’s something I just have to have. It's almost like they know what I need before I do, which is a little concerning, but also impressive. This HomeGoods location? Definitely the best I’ve been to. The organization is spot on—nothing gets lost in the chaos. The staff is friendly enough, although I might have raised a few eyebrows when I spent 10 minutes staring at a lamp. But hey, it’s a great place. You walk in and just... things start happening. It’s the kind of place where you’re never bored, and you always leave with something you didn’t...

Store was very well kept. Great prices for quality items.

The major perk? The employees were phenomenal. My s/o and I were shopping and regrettably left a high end espresso machine behind. About an hour after we got home, she changed her mind, regretting her decision. I called the store, and both the Manager, and Associate Valencia immediately searched the store and held the item for us to pickup the next day. Even calling to confirm. This type of service is hard to find these days. I'll definitely be back.
