Dishonest, Disorganized, Unprofessional, and Unethical Business Practices. We are very disappointed and expected so much better after reading all the reviews. Instead, we were over charged for the mattress, adjustable bed base and delivery/set up from the written quote provided. We were quoted and paid for a SS300 model base and received the SS200. When I tried to speak with him on the phone he would not listen or let me speak, continuing to talk over me, was condescending, and berating, even after he confirmed what we received and paid for was NOT the same bed frame he had written up on the quote in the presence of both my father and I. He would not honor the verbal and written quote that we paid for. He said the differing amounts charged were for the debit/credit card transaction fee that also was not included in the written quote.

He said he had previously purchased a more expensive SS300 base for a full size bed and would sell it to us for the SS200 price, as we originally were looking to purchase the SS200. He didn't have the SS200 in stock, would have to order it, and didn't know when it would arrive. Therefore, he was insistent that my disabled father walk to the other side of the warehouse to show us the SS300 base features and confirm the SS300 model in stock. He confirms the SS300, that my father is okay with the SS300 base features, and we go back to his office, and he writes up a quote. He wrote a quote for the SS300 base, mattress, and the cost of delivery and set up. About an hour later, after we looked at another store, I call him back, and pay with a debit card for the written quote amount that included the SS300 base, mattress, and delivery/set up fee. The day before the delivery, the driver says the owner doesn't remember what he quoted us for delivery/set up, it wasn't included in the initial payment, and it will be $165. The written quote was $130 for deliver/set up included in the total amount. The driver arrives with the wrong base (SS200) instead of the SS300 base. I show the written quote to the driver and he contacts the owner who is out of town. He also give me the original purchase receipt that breaks down the charges (since I paid via phone). The driver continues to put the bed together, even though it was the wrong base, so my dad will have a bed to sleep on. The driver was very nice and apologetic, and said the owner will contact me to get it corrected and leaves. After he leaves, we raises the head of the bed and the mattress slides off the frame. The metal piece at the the foot of the bed that holds the mattress to prevent this from occurring wasn't installed. I contact the driver and he said he will try to locate this metal part and call me back. Another hour or so passes and the owner calls. He continues to talk over me, won't listen or let me speak, was condescending, and berating; even after confirming what we received and paid for was different from the quote he had provided verbally and written up in the presence of both my father and I. I also tell him about the missing part to the bed frame. He tells me the part is zip tied under the bed frame. He was mad and said his driver should have known where the part was located. He said someone can climb under the bed, cut the zip ties to release the part, and then slide it into the holes at the foot of the bed. After it became clear he wasn't going to fulfill or honor his word and written quote of the purchase, I hung up. Since my father is disabled, I climbed under the bed, located the part, cut the zip ties and installed the part. I called the driver and told him I located the missing part, installed it and he didn't need to...

I will admit I've never used a Facebook add before after searching online for a mattress I was sceptical for sure. But man am I glad we drove over to meet Mr Brian at his warehouse!! As soon as we walked inside OMG where has he been all this time and why did we have no idea about this!! Ive wasted so much money on garbage over the years and all I saw was high dollar items actually displayed in a showroom setting for you to try out everything and he knows those items better than the manufacturer for sure!! Such a pleasant honest guy to do business with and you sir will forever have my business!! I'm coming back for one of those beautiful sectionals since you just had to let my wife see them 😂!! Man love the set up you have and the knowledge definitely made us feel great about doing business with you. The warranty is unmatched by far! Your prices saved me enough to get a nice flat screen and Internet service in the new house that I was totally ready to spend that much if I would have went anywhere else!! Thank you again!! You know, I'll be the first to say I was skeptical of this business. Completely unfounded! Found them advertising on Facebook Marketplace, with affordable mattress sets. Needed a queen mattress, box spring and frame for our guest bedroom, so I was looking for something cheap, but nice. After a phone call from exchanging Facebook messages, I set my appointment and went. Better than I could have imagined. Small warehouse setting, but I explained my order range (it's a guest bedroom, who wants a guest to stay extended). Found the mattress set I wanted, paid for it, and asked about delivery. That's where they really shine! Jackson, the young man that delivers, said at 3:15 PM he could have it to my house in Chapin that afternoon. Even after I insisted it could wait, he assured me that he would do it after his next delivery. Sure enough, by 4:30 PM, he was in my driveway. Cost of delivery well worth it!!!
