KFC — Restaurant in Lexington

Absolutely awful! First it says if you order online they will bring it out LIARS! Second I ordered a plainly visible option online. So I didn't even get all of my order! When I called the little guy on the phone try to say I was stupid I couldn't order chicken tenders and the original bucket I ordered. So I GOT NO WHERE BUT TREATED LIKE NOTHING AND NO FIX TO OUR MISSING ITEMS! You can't get a hold of anyone at the 1 800 number or the email! I called the next day and that manger on duty proceeds to tell me the little guy was the manager on duty wow! Then says the will have a talk with him! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! At 7:18, I placed an order at the drive through. I was informed at the window that is would five minutes for my order. I was asked to pull around front. Almost 20 minutes later, no food. I entered the restaurant to find the crew prepping for a party, so they could close early. I had to give them my receipt to begin to fill the order. I immediately noticed that all of the warmers were full of chicken of each variety. I guess the employee party chicken is more important than the customers. My husband and I came here and placed our order was told it would be a 4 min wait for tenders which was fine and we pulled around. We waiting a total of 30 min! The employee handed us the incorrect food which ended up being someone else’s who was waiting also. This same employee also asked if we had gotten our food yet and we informed him we had not still. We told him if it hadn’t been made we would just like a refund and he stated he was checking and the cook stated he did make it but no one knows where these tenders went … long story short, VERY unorganized and needs some sort of management.
