i’m not sure why it won’t let me do this review on my account instead of my husbands account but this place just really isn’t great. I feel like they push gel x onto you to get you in and out. The lady who did my nails rushed and did a horrible job. My nails were literally pointed upward and I asked her to fix them 3 times and still nothing changed so finally i went silent. The gel x glue was so thick that you could see it coming out from the top. It’s been two weeks and my nails are peeling off. The gel also has been peeling from the sides and the shaping is just horrible. For some reason they hate to do acrylic and dip. They rush and do not give you their best quality. Due to my job ending at random times (construction), I’m not quite able to predict exactly when I’ll be out so I typically show up on a day I get out a bit early and hope they can take me. I’ve gotten Amy a couple times and another technician other times and they always exceed expectations. If I’m getting nails done I want them to have some art or something I wouldn’t be able to do myself and I appreciate the willingness to work with me and suggest things when I don’t know exactly what I want! I even got a birthday discount and that made my day that day! This place is also great for specifically gelX which is a bit different from acrylic so I’d recommend for those wanting to try...

My daughter and I decided to treat ourselves to nails on a recommendation from a customer. Booking the appointment was so easy and very accommodating. The moment we walked in we were greeted and shown where to sit. My daughter got acrylics with Sarah (sister) and she did an amazing design, my daughter had a picture and she nailed it. I was going to get a gel overlay but decided to get Gel X with extensions and I’m glad I did. Hannah (sister) was my technician and very polite and easy to talk to. We’ve never had our nails done so gently before. We’ve had bad experiences at another salon but Luxe was amazing. We will be coming back. Highly recommend!!! This shop is very clean and great...
