This food truck is a health code violation with wheels. I ordered a torta and got dry bread, mystery meat, and toppings that looked like they were thrown on in a fit of rage. The truck itself was filthy — grease everywhere, flies buzzing, and a smell that screamed “do not eat here.”

We took a trip from MN to AZ when we decided to stop for food. While this little truck apeared a simple food truck they served the BEST mexican food I have ever had. I am vegetarian and got the fried veggie taco things (IDK the only vegetarian option I could read). They were all I could think about the entire trip. The ENTIRE trip. They did not speak any English but were still able to figure out exactly what we wanted. Crazy patience for dealing with people who had no idea what anything on the menu was....

I went there once in search of elote. They don't serve it but what sets them apart is the lady comes to your car so pull up and wait. Chile relleno burrito was perfect, green salsa was spicy and heavenly, chile toreados at an excellent price.
