Ada Municipal Pool — Local services in Liberty Township

So despite the post was made on Facebook and wasn't made visible at the actual pool nor informed at desk when we were paying, no one said a word that they were closing at 4, expecting people to follow their Facebook to this information, paid full price, didn't say anything. Also too, no one also thought to mention that with reservations made for a birthday party that they also close at 4 and still expected to pay full price again with only having information posted on the Facebook page knowing people don't always have access to that information. Pool was nice and the kids enjoyed the splash pad! However they don’t allow you to bring in your own food and drinks which is fine except they stopped serving any hot food at 6pm with still 2 more hours open. For the last hour and a half the person at the top of the slide was not a lifeguard and he decided in the last 30 minutes my 6 year old wasn’t tall enough, and after talking to the “manager” I understand why it’s run the way it is. There are other pools in the area that are better maintained, allow you to bring in your own food/drinks, is cheaper, and with better...

It was a very nice facility and there cleanliness was good too but the staff was very rude. My little niece has special needs and doesn't know how to swim yet and i told her not to try the test again until she can realy swim but she kept on trying witch is good and i didnt want to discourage her but the second time trying i thought the life gaurds were just laughing but they weren't they were laughing at her and wispering to one another. I would give this place a 5 star of just rating...
