Taco Bell — Restaurant in Liberty Township

I typically don't have a problem with this Taco Bell, but lately they have not been answering their phones when I try to call to see if they are even open because they close so early due supposed short staffing. This is the only place that is open late enough for me to get food after I get off of work. I hope that when they actually answer next time, they don't just hang up the phone after they tell me to hold on a second. All I'm asking is if they're even going to be open by the time I get there. I worked at a Taco Bell not that long ago and I know that it is very rude and unacceptable to hang up on a customer when all they did was call and didn't even say a word before...

Terrible management. Went to Taco Bell after working overtime. It is the only place in my town that stays open late. When I got there there were 5 cars already in line, with the line stretching onto the road. After waiting 15 minutes just to get to the speaker to place my order, the employee tells me that due to "staffing issues" they are closing early and can't take my order. Thanks for making me waste my time and gas on already lousy service. Clearly they need to fire their manager and get a competent one, and maybe try paying their employees decently to keep them longer. Save your money and time and go anywhere else. A place this badly managed doesn't deserve...

Just a warning to other people looking for good quick food, DONT EAT HERE, I ordered 2 grilled cheese boxes with drinks and I was missing 2 whole 5-layer burritos, but when we went back to let them know they forgot some of our food we were denied help and told we had to just deal with it, with receipt in hand. Also the food was the worst quality I've had from any tbell, I was only able to have a bite of my grilled cheese burrito before bitting into dried out and cold beef causeing me to throw the rest away and fearing I would now get food poisoning, which I did. Thanks for taking our money and denying to fix your mistakes tbell...
