I just want to say how happy I am to be at this facility at Pruittheath- Lilburn the hospitality is awesome starting with the food service I have not had a Bad meal yet. Head off to the executive chef and there staff the food is genuinely excellent. The administration is awesome and the nurses and ad's are excellent.even there laundry department is genuinely excellent. If you ever have to be needed medical situation and had to be assistant living my choice would be Pruittheath-Lilburn the treatment is like being family. Last but not least the physical therapy center and there staff are awesome in the assistant of getting my physical health back on track so that now I'm able to walk and getting better step by step thank you all as a whole for helping me help myself regain my quality of life my experience was (AWESOME). The day is 1/29/24. My second time giving Pruittheath-Lilburn a review and I must say it has been a blessing to be in the mist of being released from here in good health and wellness, they have given me the full tools that allows me to continue being healthy when I get home 🏠 2/7/24 hopefully I can come back and see some of people who helped me through this journey without your professional assistant's I would not be able to have a successful recovery. Thank you 💕😊 so much for taking care of me. Today, I am writing with tears on my eyes my father was put in this HORRIBLE place to get better and now he is dead. People that work here do not have a heart they do not help your love ones. My father was there for 1 month and something, because he felt and broke both arms they just went to the room and put the food on the side not helping him to eat. I bought a tv which it was never connected because there was not a table, furniture has mold and cockroaches run around all the time... He did not get his medicine. Because of his condition he was not able to stand so he had to be put in diapers which I think they change him just once a day... One of his arms got a huge band aid which is was never change, so it got infected of course, his bone was sticking out when doctors took band aid out in the hospital the the band aid was black with mold. PLEASE IF YOU LOVE SOMEONE DO NOT BRING THEM TO THIS PLACE. is dirty, people are rude to the point that you ask them something and they look at you as you are bothering them... many times i get to my father's room and nurses were hiring playing with their phones while people screaming they need them. I went every time to tell them my father need to be change they just said (looking at you mad)someone will be there and no one show up, maybe 3 hours later. We have to go everyday. I do not know why is this place even open... Plus is not cheap is really expensive to keep your love one here... Advise to the people who work here if you hate this job that much do not take it on the poor older, sick people, you are getting pay to take care of everyone here not to just let them die there. Do not forget that you will be old too and pray you do not have to be put in one of these places. GOD BLESS THE SICK PEOPLE THAT END UP HERE THEY...

I would have rated it 0.5 but it’s not offered. Pruitt has new Management who ran off good staff the facility had in place about four years ago. Numerous new hires who are not properly trained oversee patients care. High turn over compounds this problem. The change will started with a New Director and head of staff. The Director hires staff who will cover for him over 65% African. Several family care takers have also expressed their discontent about the status of Pruitt Health of Lilburn. This facility was once called Heritage House or similar. If you have no choice but to take your love ones to this facility be prepared to check on them daily. Room are not cleaned regularly. Some staff Members can be observed hiding while on personal phone calls. Clothing is often lost. Several patients have had fractures body parts. Numerous Police reports have been filed about injured patients. Don’t be fooled by the first couple of rooms they show you. All other rooms are no where near as nice as their Show Room used to attract new business. Please, please, please run from taking your love ones to this facility. They deserve better. I recently lost my Mother to this facility for lack of proper service during Covid-19. Please do not trust this company with your Love ones. They are rated a 2 for a reason. Also check with Lilburn Police and Gwinnett Hospital for additional information based on their calls to the facility and treatment...
